Privacy policy

The data we use

• Your account: email address, first name, company if you give it, password (never stored in plain text).
• Your projects: your requests, your app files and your credit history.
• Security: IP address and device identifier, kept only as an irreversible fingerprint, to limit abuse.
• Support: the messages you send us and the reports made from the studio.
• Audience measurement: the pages visited, with a visit identifier (see the Cookie policy).

Why

To run your account and build your apps, to count your credits, to protect the service against abuse, to answer you and to understand how the site is used. Vega does not sell your data and does not show ads.

With whom

Technical providers process data for us, only to run Vega:

• Supabase (database and accounts, Ireland);
• Vercel (website) and Railway (application server and previews);
• E2B (isolated environments where your app is built and tested);
• Anthropic (the AI that writes your app: it receives your request and the project files);
• Resend (sending emails).
• Stripe (payments and invoices: no card data at Vega);
• Sentry (error tracking, without personal data);
• Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-bot protection on forms).

Team access

The Vega team only looks at a request or a project’s code to handle a review, a report or a support request. Each access requires a reason and is recorded in a log.

Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account exists. When you delete it, your projects, their files and your account are erased. What remains, without your identity: the credit accounting history and the security fingerprints that prevent endlessly recreating a free account.

When you delete your account, your subscription is cancelled and your customer record is deleted at Stripe; Stripe still keeps, for its legal obligations (accounting and fraud prevention), your payments, invoices (name, email, billing address, amounts), refunds and, for each payment, the card brand, last 4 digits, expiry and country. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to some uses, by writing to contact@vega1.app. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
